First Responder Specialized

First responders deserve care from therapists who understand the demands of the job. All of RCC’s first responder therapists are highly specialized, with hundreds of hours of specialized training that includes crisis intervention, suicide prevention, and experiential, on-the-job learning.

Our team supports first responders and their families with occupational stress, repeated exposure to trauma, PTSD, grief, and the ways emergency service work can affect relationships and life at home. Explore our therapists below to learn more about their backgrounds and approaches.
