Each semester, we are honored to welcome interns to join our team in offering high-quality counseling services to our community at a reduced rate.
What to Expect:
Interns at Redemption Counseling Center are an essential part of our team, and we want their experience to be both meaningful and realistic to the demands of professional practice. Interns are expected to be in the office a minimum of three days per week and will share office spaces with other team members, requiring flexibility in scheduling. This is an unpaid internship, designed to provide high-quality clinical experience and professional development. To ensure that interns are well-prepared, a 40-hour training week is required at the start of the internship, providing a strong foundation in our practice values, clinical procedures, and therapeutic approach.

We accept internship applications on a rolling basis throughout the year and encourage you to apply! Because we typically interview and select interns 4–5 months before their intended start date, we recommend submitting your application early.
