Mending The Soul (FREE)

Mending the Soul aims to bring healing and restoration through a community-based approach to survivors of abuse. It takes a theological and cognitive approach, so there is a large Christian aspect, along with evidence based CBT practices. Mending the Soul allows participants to work through abuse with a trained trauma facilitator with the support of a group.

Redemption Counseling Center offers a free parenting skills group offering psychoeducation from the book Good Inside by Dr. Becky Kennedy. Each of the nine weeks focuses on a different parenting topic. The next group will begin May 19th, from 6-7 PM with our graduate interns Brianna Snow and Alexis Conyers.
