First Responder Counselor- This position believes in the mission of Redemption Counseling Center and advances this mission in the community. This is a salaried position with a generous benefit package. This individual will provide professional counseling tailored specifically to the unique needs of first responders. This may include individual, couples, and family counseling, crisis response, and group sessions. This individual will provide crisis debriefings, develop trainings, conduct outreach and present at events for First Responders. This role requires a deep understanding of the unique stresses and challenges faced by first responders, such as exposure to trauma, shift work, and high-pressure environments. The therapist must be adept at addressing PTSD, anxiety, depression, and relationship strain common among First Responders.
